To our valued patients, after careful consideration of the rising costs of running a private, locally-owned small business, we have had to increase our fees. These changes take effect from 7th July 2025. This is to ensure we remain sustainable and keep our doors open to continue serving our community.

If you are experiencing genuine financial hardship and would like to be considered for discounted fees, please apply in writing / by email with background information to the Practice Manager.

Weekday Appointments before 9am and after 5pm
Appointments before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays are fee paying, including for patients who are usually bulk billed. Medicare rebates still apply where eligible. DVA Gold patients and circumcision pre-consults are exempt.
Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments are fee paying, including for patients who are usually bulk billed. Medicare rebates still apply where eligible. DVA Gold patients are exempt.
Return to Work (Workers Compensation) Consultations
- Approved Claims: If you have an approved claim number and can provide the necessary details (claim number, workcover provider, approval paperwork), we will invoice your workcover provider directly and there will be no out of pocket cost to you.
- New Claims: If you do not have an approved claim number, you will need to pay the account on the day of your consultation until your claim is approved and paperwork is provided, as above.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 4 hours notice or fees will apply. This provides appointment availability to those patients waiting for an appointment.

* Medicare rebates apply to eligible Telehealth (phone or video) consultations if the patient has attended an in-person consultation in the past 12 months.
^ Discounted fee applies to patients holding a current Australian government Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card. Patients may be asked to provide updated card details.

Bulk Billing
Bulk billing does not apply to appointments before 9am, after 5pm on weekdays, or on Saturdays.
Bulk billing is available for:
- All DVA Gold Card holders
- Children under 10 years of age for eligible weekday daytime appointments
- Chronic condition care plans, health assessments and diabetes reviews for eligible patients — please talk to your doctor for more information
