Walker St General Practice is a facility and administrative services provider supporting our General Practice Tenant Doctors and General Practice Registrar Doctor in Bowral. Our General Practice Tenant Doctors work within their own independent medical practices and offer a broad range of general practice services, including men’s and women’s health, skin checks, and other areas of clinical expertise.

Concerns or Complaints
We aim to provide an environment where patients feel comfortable raising a concern or complaint. Making a complaint will never affect the quality of care you receive.
Administrative concerns (appointments, billing, reception, or facilities) and privacy concerns can be directed to our Business Practice Manager by emailing manager@wsgp.com.au, phoning us on 02 4861 3855, or writing to us at 9/2A Walker Street, Bowral NSW 2576.
If your concern relates to your clinical care or treatment, our Business Practice Manager will liaise with your treating doctor on your behalf to ensure your concern is properly reviewed and responded to by the doctor involved.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 30 days.
