Fees
To our valued patients, after careful consideration of the 7% inflation rate and the rising costs of running a private, locally-owned small business, we have had to increase our fees. Going forward, only children under 10 years of age will be bulk billed. These changes take effect from 7th February 2023. This is to ensure we remain sustainable and keep our doors open to continue serving our community.

If you are experiencing genuine financial hardship and would like to be considered for discounted fees or bulk billing, please apply in writing / by email with background information to the Practice Manager.

Weekday Appointments before 9am and after 5pm
All weekday consultations before 9am and after 5pm will incur a private fee. Medicare rebates still apply where eligible. DVA Gold patients and circumcision pre-consults are exempt.
Saturday Appointments
All Saturday consultations will incur a private fee. Medicare rebates still apply where eligible. DVA Gold patients are exempt from this.
Return to Work (Work Cover) Consultations
We ask that accounts be paid in full on the day of consultation. You may then claim reimbursement via your Return-to-Work Coordinator.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 4 hours notice or fees will apply. This provides appointment availability to those patients waiting for a cancellation.

* Medicare rebates apply to eligible Telehealth (phone or video) consultations if the patient has attended an in-person consultation in the past 12 months.
^ Discounted fee applies to patients holding a current Australian government Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card. Patients may be asked to provide updated card details.
~ Medicare rebates apply to patients with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis (verified by an approved PCR or Rapid Test (RAT).
